1. The simple promise
Holland Bloom AI is designed to assist with flower recognition and bouquet guidance, not to build personal profiles. We do not run a social graph, and users do not exchange personal content with one another through the app. The experience is built around private, one-to-one interactions between you and the assistant.
2. What we do not collect
We do not intentionally collect personal identity records such as your legal name, postal address, or personal contacts. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your flower requests to build advertising segments about you.

- No cross-user message exchange or sharing layer.
- No marketplace for user-to-user data transfer.
3. Limited technical data
To keep core functions working, limited technical identifiers may be processed, including a unique device or app instance ID. This supports analytics integrity, campaign attribution, push notification delivery, and abuse prevention. We treat these identifiers as operational signals, not personal biographies.
4. AI assistant and flower recognition
The app includes an AI assistant used for flower identification and color/plant interpretation support. Images or text you provide may be processed to return responses relevant to your request. The assistant is implemented as a third-party service integration, and it is used strictly to produce app functionality.

5. Service providers used
We use external infrastructure providers for specific technical functions:
- Singular for attribution and campaign performance analytics.
- OneSignal for push notification infrastructure.
These providers may process limited device-level metadata required for their services. Their handling is governed by their own policies.
6. Data retention and controls
Chat history remains visible in-app to improve continuity and can be cleared by the user from settings. We keep data handling minimal and operational. Where applicable, users may request clarification about privacy handling by contacting the developer.
7. International use
Because infrastructure providers may operate globally, technical data can be processed in multiple jurisdictions. We select providers to support secure delivery and stable service quality.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date. Continued app use after updates means acceptance of the revised policy text.
