Holland Bloom AI provides digital assistance for flower identification, bouquet planning, and discovery of Dutch floral culture. The app is informational and creative in nature. Recommendations are generated algorithmically and should be treated as guidance, not as professional botanical certification.

2. User responsibility

You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for any content you submit, including image uploads and text prompts. You should not upload content that violates rights, contains harmful material, or attempts to disrupt app operations.

3. AI-generated responses

The assistant uses machine intelligence to recognize flower characteristics and suggest combinations or ideas. While we aim for useful accuracy, results may occasionally be incomplete, approximate, or context-dependent. Final decisions remain your own.

4. Third-party services

Certain technical functions rely on third-party providers:

• Singular for attribution analytics and performance tracking.
• OneSignal for push notification delivery.
• AI service components for flower and color interpretation workflows.

Availability and behavior of these components can affect app performance and are subject to provider-specific terms.

5. No user-to-user data exchange

The app is not a social sharing network. Users do not directly transfer personal data to other users through the service. This keeps the experience focused on private assistant interactions and individual creative use.
