House rules of the Strength League

Terms of use

These terms are the floor rules for WIN STATS. They are not a novel, and they are not a dare. If you install the app, you are agreeing to train under them.

Effective 4 September 2026 Publisher Amol Life App WIN STATS

Who is on the other side of the bar

WIN STATS is published by Amol Life. The developer of record is Aditya Prabhakar. Reach the desk at prabhakar.amollife@gmail.com or +44 7537 180863.

The licence you actually get

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use WIN STATS on your own Android device for your own training. You do not buy the source code, the league logic, the rematch copy, or the right to republish the product as if it were yours. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or wrap the app in another product without written permission.

What the product is — and is not

WIN STATS is a structured performance record: sets, repetitions, volume, a six-group weekly league, four-week trends, exercise history, and rematches against stalled weights. It is a tracker with a competitive metaphor. It is not a doctor, not a physiotherapist, not a dietitian, and not a substitute for in-person coaching. If a lift hurts in a way that is not ordinary training fatigue, stop and speak to a qualified professional. Generated advice is a suggestion for the next session, not a diagnosis.

Your side of the bargain

Use the app for lawful training records. Do not attempt to interfere with other installations. Do not try to turn WIN STATS into a channel for sending personal data to other people — the product is not built for user-to-user exchange, and that is deliberate. Keep your device reasonably secure. You are responsible for the weights you choose to put on the bar; the app logs what you type, it does not spot you.

AI-generated text

When a workout is complete, or when you open a plateau rematch, WIN STATS may generate a summary, an opponent line, an attack plan or a next-session note. That writing is produced with help from OpenAI, a third-party service. The payload is the text of the training message you entered — lifts, loads, repetitions and the prompt required to write the card. It is not a packet of your civil identity. Treat the output as coaching copy with a spine, not as a guaranteed recipe for a personal record. Models can be wrong, blunt, or oddly confident. You still decide what happens on the next set.

Other third-party services

Firebase is a third-party service used for infrastructure around the Android app. OneSignal is a third-party service used for push notifications, keyed to a unique device ID rather than a social identity. Their availability, outages and policies are theirs. WIN STATS may be briefly less useful if one of those pipes is down. That is not a refund event for a free install, and it is not a claim that we operate their datacenters.

Notifications and units

Workout reminders are optional. You can switch them off in the app or in system settings. Kilograms and pounds are a display choice, not a medical setting. Profile fields such as experience level, training goal and preferred weekly sessions exist so the product can stay oriented — they are not a contract that we will supervise your programme in real time.

Intellectual property

The WIN STATS name, the Strength League framing, the rematch cards, the visual system and the underlying software belong to Amol Life unless a third-party licence says otherwise. Screenshots on this site are of the product itself. Do not copy the brand onto merchandise or another tracker without permission.

No warranty, limited liability

The app is provided as is. We work to keep logging fast and the league readable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service, perfect AI copy, or a particular result on the platform. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amol Life and Aditya Prabhakar are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, missed sessions, injured pride, or a plateau that refuses to lose. Nothing in these terms tries to exclude liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded.

Changes and ending the session

We may update these terms when the product changes. The date at the top is the date this version took effect. We may stop offering a feature, or the whole app, if the season has to close. You may delete the app at any time. Surviving clauses are the ones that still make sense after you leave — ownership, limitation of liability, and the fact that third-party services were never ours to rewrite.

The privacy notice sits beside this

How identifiers, Firebase, OneSignal and OpenAI are treated in practice is described in the privacy notice. These terms and that notice are meant to be read together. If a sentence here sounds like a data claim, the privacy notice is the finer print.

Contact the commissioner

Disputes, licence questions and plain complaints go to the same desk as everything else: contacts. Write in English, say what you installed, and we will answer like people rather than like a ticket bot.
